Aliza` Diggs-Bailey, former Director of Merchandising & Design for Polo Ralph Lauren and HanesBrands, Inc., has over 18 years of know-how and business contacts with Design,  Merchandising, and Business professionals throughout the world. Yvonne Diggs, an expert in murals and graphic design layouts has more than 20 years experience.  She brings her flair from Hampton, Virginia were she had her own interior decorating business for 5 years.

Aliza` is a highly accomplished executive with 20 years of Professional Management experience. She possess a unique, well-rounded combination of expertise, encompassing Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Merchandising/Design, Project Management, Operational Planning, Product Development and Human Resources. Aliza` was also very instrumental in being on the Events Planning Committee for Corporate Annual Business Meetings and United Way Community Fundraising Events. Having held several executive assignments at Fortune 500 Hanesbrands, Inc. and Polo Ralph Lauren, she was able to gain a breadth of cross-trained experience. She is known for her innovative “out of the box” thinking, an example, receiving the Innovation Award for the development and introduction of the Tagless Tee. She also has excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

As a Summa Cum Laude graduate of North Carolina State University, she has used her management background coupled her creative knowledge, to become known as an unbelievable Event Planner, Motivational Speaker, Business Developer, Trainer & Personal Developer, Marketer, Graphic, Fashion, & Interior Designer.

As the President/CEO/Owner of d3 Designs, she utilizes all of her years of corporate and non-profit expertise to impart the “Bold Branding” for the individual, organization, or corporation to maximize their potential!

She tailors her classes and health education components to the client, especially those dealing with physical temporary setbacks. As a certified instructor, she offers physical fitness classes in ZUMBA®, ZUMBA® Gold, and Balance. Her classes and counseling sessions offer a rewarding, motivating, exhilarating and healthy experience. When it comes to event planning, Yvonne’s background and expertise in drafting and layout design, has proven to be very beneficial when determining event layout, logistics, and planning.

Tanisha is a recent graduate of Winston Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. During her undergrad experience at WSSU, she worked on several committee projects and fundraisers for small businesses and non profits in Winston Salem and Lexington, NC. During her first year studying Marketing, she interned at Lexington Housing CDC and Matthews Enterprises, LLC. At Lexington CDC she worked on the committee for Meet the Flockers Fundraiser and the Repair Program: Rehabilitation Service. At Matthews Enterprise, LLC, she portrayed a role as a business developer. During her senior year, she volunteered at Goler CDC and River Run International Film Festival. At Goler CDC, she worked on the committee for Piedmont Regional Contractors Symposium. While interning at River Run International Film Festival, she worked on the Sponsorship Fundraising Committee with d3 Designs. For the last year, she has lead many d3 projects to success with her detailed Project Management skills.

Denetra Rook specializes in online marketing and communications consulting, as well as, graphic and website design. She has worked as a funding consultant and a grant writer providing strategic direction on programmatic planning and development. Additional areas of training include nonprofit leadership and project management. Denetra is a Certified Grant Writer and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology and a master’s in Industrial and Information Technology.

Akilah is a proven graphic designer. Formally, she managed and designed for Champion Underwear and Thermals for men and women. Previous to Champion, she served five years as a Designer/Merchandiser for the Polo Ralph Lauren brand for men’s sleepwear and Chaps underwear and socks. Utilizing those creative talents, she has a specialty in developing motivating and creative programs and events for both non-profit and for profit organizations and companies.
